Eligibility For Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.
- Personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged/defective items.
- Subject to availability of stock
- We will arrange for a reverse pickup and dispatch the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges , Replacement and Damages product will be delivered in 5-7 working day
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund.
- If a refund is approved SHRI KARTHIKKEYA TEX, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item.
