Eligibility For Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.
- Personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

Received your order but found a size issue or defect?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and a photo of the item. Our support team will respond quickly.
We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your location. Just pack the item in its original condition and give it to the courier.
Once we receive and check the product, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.
